Long distance dry powder conveyor

Limestone powder is transporting through pneumatic conveyor system using a velocity at the margin of dense phase and dilute phase. The system includes something like 270m straight pipe run and few horizontal and vertical bends. Two systems are installed side by side to move a total of 88MT/H product for CFB boiler desulfurization.
